Distance Sales Agreement

These general terms apply to remote purchases of a KIMLIKNO digital subscription. Transaction-specific customer, company, plan, price and date fields are completed from the pre-contract and order record.

1. Parties and subject

Provider: Tabudata Yazılım Limited Şirketi, with registration/contact details on the Contact page. Customer: the verified person or company identified in the confirmed order. KIMLIKNO supplies permanent product identity, QR Machine Passport, document/lifecycle and company-account capabilities within the selected plan.

2. Plan, price and VAT

The public page states the annual plan, EUR list price and included capacity. Final tax/accounting treatment is confirmed in TabuData’s external commercial documents; KIMLIKNO does not calculate invoices or tax.

3. Payment and delivery

Payment is made by bank transfer outside KIMLIKNO. The contract is formed under the required information, acceptances and commercial confirmation, then the annual term is digitally delivered through staff activation.

4. Term, cancellation and withdrawal

The subscription term is 12 months. Mandatory withdrawal rights apply to consumers under Turkish law; statutory exceptions for early performance or immediately supplied digital content require a separate informed express request/consent where applicable. No unapproved general early termination penalty is created here. Delivery, Cancellation and Refund terms apply alongside mandatory law.

5. Responsibilities and data

The provider supplies the ordered service and security controls. Customers give accurate information, have authority to act for their company, protect accounts and hold rights to submitted content. Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice. Expiry does not automatically erase permanent identities and genuine technical lifecycle history.

6. Disputes and evidence

Contact [email protected] first. Consumers may apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court under current thresholds; business customers use competent Turkish courts and any valid written jurisdiction agreement. Order, payment, document-version and acceptance records may be retained as lawful evidence.

7. Acceptance evidence

A confirmed order should retain appropriate agreement/version, customer acceptance, plan, annual term and timestamp evidence outside or alongside KIMLIKNO as legally required. This public general text and a request form do not themselves create an order.
