1. Accounts and companies
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and promptly report unauthorised use. Company owners/admins invite members, assign roles and control authority to act for the organisation.
2. Product identities and content
KIMLIKNO may provide a permanent identity and QR-resolved address for each product. Customer companies remain responsible for the accuracy, legality and publication authority of serial numbers, models, descriptions, documents, service entries and manufacturer contact. Public passports must not contain confidential, unlawful, misleading or rights-infringing content.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and respect third-party rights.
- Do not bypass access controls, access another tenant, disrupt the service or upload malware.
- Do not publish counterfeit certifications, misleading ownership claims or infringing content.
- Stay within reasonable use, plan capacity and technical limits.
4. Intellectual property
KIMLIKNO software, design, brand and documentation belong to Tabudata Yazılım Limited Şirketi or relevant licensors. A subscription provides a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the company. Customers retain rights in their content and authorise the processing needed to host and display it as configured.
5. Subscription and commitment
Standard plans are annual. Current price, term and capacity are shown before an order request; payment is handled externally by bank transfer and there is no automatic renewal. Final commercial terms follow the accepted order/agreement and statutory rights.
Expiry does not automatically delete existing permanent identities, QR URLs, passports and genuine lifecycle history. Paid status governs new capacity and future subscription-dependent actions.
6. Suspension, continuity and support
Access may be proportionately suspended for security risk, unlawful use, payment delay or serious breach. Maintenance, security work, infrastructure failure or force majeure may cause interruption; uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Contact [email protected] for support. Any special SLA must be agreed in writing.
7. Liability and disputes
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Liability depends on applicable law, fault, foreseeability and the transaction; these terms do not exclude liability for intent or gross negligence. Consumer bodies or competent Turkish courts apply according to the parties and applicable law.
