1. Controller
For account, security, customer relationship, billing and support processing determined by KIMLIKNO, the controller is Tabudata Yazılım Limited Şirketi. Contact: [email protected]. Company registration details are published on the Contact page.
2. Categories and purposes
Identity/contact, customer transaction, product/service, professional, security, legal and audit data may be processed to provide accounts, permanent product identities, QR passports, documents, lifecycle services, annual commercial terms, support, security and legal compliance. KIMLIKNO does not process card payments.
3. Legal grounds and collection
Depending on the activity, processing relies on the Turkish law grounds for contract formation/performance, legal obligation, establishment/exercise/protection of rights and legitimate interests that do not prejudice fundamental rights. Data is collected through forms, account and product operations, commercial/support requests and automatic security logs.
4. Recipients and retention
Data may be shared, only as needed, with authorised company members, hosting/storage/communications/security providers, advisers and authorised public bodies. Retention follows purpose, product lifecycle, legal periods and dispute needs; commercial-term expiry does not automatically delete permanent identity and genuine technical history.
5. Rights and application
Rights under Article 11 include learning whether data is processed, requesting information, knowing purpose and recipients, correction, deletion/destruction where conditions apply, notification to recipients, objecting to solely automated adverse results and claiming compensation for unlawful processing. Apply to [email protected] with the subject and sufficient identity verification. Please consult the Turkish notice for the complete authoritative wording.
