1. Provider

3. Main service characteristics

The selected plan provides permanent product identity, a QR public Machine Passport, a printable digital label, document/lifecycle tools and storage. Exact identity/storage limits appear in the order. Standard use has one manufacturer account. Physical plates are optional and separately quoted.

4. Payment and activation

Annual list prices come from the published catalogue. Payment is made by bank transfer and verified externally by TabuData. Activation occurs only through authorised staff action, not after a request or browser redirect.

5. Term, withdrawal and refunds

The service term is annual and does not renew automatically. Mandatory consumer withdrawal rights and statutory digital-service exceptions apply. Any request for performance before the withdrawal period ends must be separately and expressly obtained where required. See Delivery, Cancellation and Refunds.

6. Complaints and confirmation

Send requests to [email protected]. Consumer remedies are available from competent Turkish consumer bodies. No legal acceptance may be pre-checked. Appropriate durable commercial records must retain the agreed plan, period, document versions and timestamp.
